Workman SA400 4-inch Square Internal Replacement CB Radio Speaker

I ordered this speaker to replace one in a forty year old radio I’m restoring. I haven’t time to install it yet but appears to be well made and should do just fine.

Product worked jiffy o pop on my cobra 200, that darn fandangled buzzard radioioioio has blowed a few of the speakers in its time, it is not a yougin.. I dont did soldered it into the place of the radeeeeeio and in a few seconds pow the sound was bingin and bangin,, how to tell if you have a bad speaker ? EZ pee zeeeee put a 9 volt leads across the back of the speaker terminals, if the speaker makes a quick little pop it is good if the speaker does nothing the speaker needs to be replace yup replaceeee

Tooke me longer to get the Cobra 29 out of my truck that to install this perfect fitting speaker...works great

Fit as it is and sounds good

Better speakerr than original Cobra 29 LX speaker. Fit with no modification.

For the price this is a nice little speaker for basic electronics hobby projects. Not great sound but cheap and worked well enough for my cigar box amp.
