Not having remodeled a bathroom in many years I was STUNNED to see how expensive bathroom tub fixtures were. I was even more surprised to see that the overwhelming majority of name brand faucet brands now sell faucets separate from the valves so their prices are even higher than I thought. Though my wife was against trying a no name cheap brand I figured the worst that would happen is I would have all of the mounting holes in place to mount the 3X more expensive name brand valves and faucets if these turned out to be unsatisfactory. The faucet, spout and handheld wand are beautiful and have a really heavy feel. The kit was perfectly complete and not only included extra washers if needed it included the wrench to tighten the supply lines.

Remodeling bathroom with all bronze fixtures and wanted a three piece with a wand for bathing infant and toddler. We weren’t a huge fan of the open spout but it was worth it to have the wand. Now we actually love it. It is so elegant and the wand is so handy not just for bathing but for cleaning the tub (rinsing) too. The water pressure is better than it was before. Overall, we are way happier with this product after putting it in and using it than we thought we’d be. Well worth it!

We installed this faucet in a custom home we are building and unfortunately one of our subcontractors broke the spray head off. I posted a question here on Amazon asking how to get a replacement and the seller immediately responded. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a very easy solution so that I was able to get a replacement spray head sent on its way. The customer service was excellent. The faucet is beautiful and very good quality. It looks great.
