We love this bidet attachment. It was not very difficult nor very easy to install, but once installed it’s a life saver. The only thing is hot water attachment had to be attached to the sink water pipe which was different for the cold water pipe. Due to this, there’s no hot water. I feel this information should be mentioned in the product description so buyer is aware. But, other than this, it’s a great investment.

Several things, none of which are good. First, the instructions are wrong. It says to install the cold water T splitter on the water inlet by the wall, but theres nowhere to connect to. The splitter actually has to be installed on the toilet-side, as seen in this picture. Second, once installed, i get that the hot water hole needs to be plugged if its not used, but even when doing that, the bidet literally doesnt work. The knob that controls temperature, when turned all the way to the cold side, actually completely chokes off the water supply completely. The bidet only dispenses water period if the temperature knob is in the dead center. Why should the temperature knob dictate if water even flows??

It’s been more than a week now I am using this product, I liked that it is so much easy to attach on commode. And the most admiring thing is it has connection for both Hot and cold water which is very helpful for using in freezing winters. I feel there is nothing to dislike about this product. I like it

I got this because I wanted to have warm water rather than cold water waking up my bum. The sink wasn’t near the toilet so sadly, I couldn’t hook it up. And I am very sad but the bidet works…

Screw for hot water does not fit. Cant use..

The parts in the installation video are not included. Their hoses are made for a 9/16” threaded connector which I can not find anywhere.
