I have plenty of plumbing/pressurized line experience. Upon installation all water lines and connections worked great, however the entire body of the thing leaked from every crack on it. I uninstalled it and tried to disassemble it but the control unit seems to be pressed together in such a way it cant be taken apart. Second issue I had was that it came with two splitters, but different styles. One worked perfectly as it installed just above the shut off valve for my toilet water. The second however, meant for the hot water tap, was a style that required me to remove the hot water shut off valve as it only fit upstream of it, so I had to shut off the hot water supply from the water heater and drain the line after removing the valve.

This thing leaks. I purchased this one in particular because it had the highest review score. This product came with no tools other than a very small roll of plumbers tape. Instructions were very minimal. This felt more like a product purchased from wish.com. The one I got as a replacement was the highest recommended besseller. It was ten dollars cheaper and came with tools and nuts that can be hand tighten.

This is best bidet available. I tried many before this but only this one has a better control on pressure and splatter. This one has a thicker water jet and more control than others.Hot and cold water inputs allows for adjusting temperature to what you like on your tush hole.The instruction is also clearly.
