We have not tried the controller yet because it is for my grandsons birthday which he will not get till September 19th. But is was fast shipping and we got it within the time it said we would and thank you for that!

I don’t know what everyone is saying that is came used it refurbished or messed up looking, mine came in a box looking and feeling brand new. Runs absolutely normal, no missing or not working buttons. Sides are all sealed and attached.. no idea what everyone is talking about? I’m sorry that happened to you guys! But mine came next day without prime and is AWESOME and feels so amazing to touch haha

I normally dont write reviews but Patrick seems like a nice guy so here goes. The controller is what you would expect and so far so good. The texture of the controller is nice, I get sweaty hands so the texture helps when Im in fighting mode and my hands get wetter than Niagara Falls. I got a green one for my boyfriend as well and he loves it! This is my new place to buy controllers. I should also mention there is a 3 year warranty on the joystick caps, so thats a super plus!

Ive had this controler for les then a year and have had 2 big issues with it. 1. This controller was causing hard PC crashes randomly while being used. Took about a month to figure out that it required a firmware update to stop crashing my PC. 2. The left analog stick is drifting up after les then a year of pretty light use.

Item has sharp edges on the left handle at the tip and inside edge. The A botton sticks, on occasion, during game play. Very disappointed!! Will be returning.

ordred this two years ago. for some reason the product changed completely. my order was originally an xbox one controller and now that i click the item it takes me to a xbox series s controller. Im confused. anyway, the thumbstick grip is starting to melt off into a sticky like substance. only had it two years of rarely using it.

What I DO like: color!! I absolutely LOVE this color and it matches my ps4 controller which I thought was awesome. I love how it feels, it has a nice, smoothly soft surface that I could easily rub all day. It arrived quickly to! :) What I DONT like: it arrived Saturday but for 2 days now I cant get it to connect to my xbox one s console. Im doing everything right but it will not connect and its super frustrating. I want to play my game with my new controller! Grrr. I will try connecting it again, but after my 73rd attempt Im going to be done and just send it back. :( I will definitely post an update!
