Xbox One Series X S Custom Soft Touch Controller - Soft Touch Feel, Added Grip, Neon Green Color - Compatible with Xbox One, Series X, Series S

I have spent so much money on Xbox brand controllers to only have them break in a couple months and Xbox only has a 60 day warranty on them. My son says this is one of the best he has had, he loves it, will purchase again when I need to.

I bought this for my brother in law. It comes just like the picture and is very sturdy! He loves it very much and it works well with his Xbox. On the pricey side, but you get what you paid for!!

Comfortable to wear. Sound quality is very good. But the plug set up is bulky and not the best if you use a wireless controller. However if your a mouse and keyboard player then the plug shouldnt be a problem.

ordred this two years ago. for some reason the product changed completely. my order was originally an xbox one controller and now that i click the item it takes me to a xbox series s controller. Im confused. anyway, the thumbstick grip is starting to melt off into a sticky like substance. only had it two years of rarely using it.

Bought this just to have a set of sticks other than the factory ones that came with my One S. Big fan of the color and the soft touch feature sounded like a nice addition. Things started off as Id hope any controller would with everything working just fine. The soft touch is nice in comparison to the stock controllers but Id describe it as a softer plastic. Color is very vibrant as well. Unfortunately within the 3 weeks (used 6-7 times for up to 10-15hrs) of owning, my left joystick no longer functions correctly and some of the buttons have already begun to stick. First noticed it playing NHL one evening and when I pushed in on the left joystick (L3) and there was a weird clicking feel and noise. Then at moments the left joystick would just stop responding briefly. Coincidently right at this time my A button began to stick occasionally. Ive never spilled anything on this nor done anything that could have caused this. Now I admit Ive had some beverages spilled on controllers in my past but when its my fault I admit it/deal with it myself. In this instance though Ive done nothing but game with it for no more than 15 hours (NHL 18 and Powerstar Golf) and its already having problems. So going to see what happens when I contact the seller about this and hopefully just can exchange it for another as I really would like this to work.

So far its very nice controller very smooth top, nice grips, color is beautiful.(fits my personality, reminds me of the galaxy.) although my package arrived squished. If this is reviewed please start sending these lovely colored controllers in boxes. ♥︎ (even tho my controller arrived the way it did, it still works 100%)

My wife just recently started getting into playing Call of Duty with me, so I bought the purple controller for her for as a Christmas gift (her favorite color). It arrived about a month ago and she was thrilled, as the controller she was using had been gnawed on by one of our dogs and it hurt her hands after a while. However, after only being used for a few weeks, the left analog stick began to have drift issues. Soon after, the same analog stick has gotten so messed up from just routine use that half the time she cant even move her character in a straight line in game. Ive initiated my return as of today, and will not be purchasing from this company in future. What was an exciting gift has now become a major headache, to the point she prefers to use the controller that hurts her hands as opposed to this one.

10 days after I got this, it doesnt work. It pairs, but wont control anything. Also the XBOX doesnt recognize it so I cant update it.
