Xbox One Series X S Custom Soft Touch Controller - Soft Touch Feel, Added Grip, Neon Green Color - Compatible with Xbox One, Series X, Series S

The controller is very comfortable. Joysticks have the perfect amount of grip and you can play for hours on end and continue to play without issues. Only issues I had and seems as if many others have, is it came with scratches and marks all over it. And the plastic on the right side of the controller was split where the top and bottom plastic pieces of the controller meet.

Nice look and feel, ( Orange is one of my favorite colors ) I added ‘Dragon Grips’ to give the controller more friction and durability and ‘Kontrol Freeks’ thumb grips for added control.

The controller is exactly as advertised, an XBOX One controller with a better look and feel than the standard controller. The only issue I have is when moving the control sticks in a circular motion it sometimes feels grainy, however it is not significant enough to impact its performance. The customer service has been phenomenal and I will definitely purchase another controller from them in the future.

I absolutely love the controller. I have wanted one for a long time and finally decided to get one. Its my favorite controller. Only thing I did not like was how it was shipped and packaged. The box it came in was almost in peices. The controller was safe which I am glad about but the box was ruined. Would like better packaging in the future in case it was a gift.

I don’t know what everyone is saying that is came used it refurbished or messed up looking, mine came in a box looking and feeling brand new. Runs absolutely normal, no missing or not working buttons. Sides are all sealed and attached.. no idea what everyone is talking about? I’m sorry that happened to you guys! But mine came next day without prime and is AWESOME and feels so amazing to touch haha

The build quality was average, the paint finish is terrible: it came of a couple of months of use, exposing the white base color underneath.

It worked good for a couple of months then all of sudden it developed an uncontrollable drift. Looked online, tried all fixes and nothing worked.. waste of $100 bucks down the drain. All of Microsoft products and Xbox has been nothing but cash- grabbers lately. This will definitely be my last gaming system from them such a rip off of a company
