Bought this for my sons first ever console. It came on sale right at the perfect time. I have an Xbox one myself and this seems to be a decent step up from it in terms of performance. Everything runs flawlessly and looks great. He absolutely loves it and is having a blast. Setup for everything was easy including parental controls for all apps/games and purchases. If you buy an external drive with this for storage youll be set. Really dont see a NEED for the other version. Like I said you wont regret its performance. Highly suggest it.

I wanted to treat my husband to something really special for Christmas this year for all the hard work. He has put in on the job and at home taking care of me while I was sick. He hadn’t had a game system in so long and I am not very familiar with game consuls, however after speaking with Amazon customer service, they convinced me that the Xbox series S holiday bundle would be best. I was a little nervous, however, when my husband opened the gift and realized what he had, he clapped his hands and streets, like a little girl, and then ran over and hugged me like he hasn’t since the day we were married! I may have created a monster, however, because he has not been off it, since he opened it! I strongly suggest getting the all access pass to download digital games
