Xiegu DE-19 Expansion for G90, G106, XPA125B

I bought this for running FT8 on my G90. It took me a couple of days of tinkering to get it working reliably. At first it made my computer act funny, and then refused to work correctly. Occasionally, the unit had to be unplugged from both ends and reset before it started working again. I think once the computer and radio were reliably bonded to a common ground, things started operating much smoother. I have been using the DE-19 for the last 3 weeks and made contacts from California to Argentina, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, etc. I was previously using a similar device made by a private individual based in Europe. The DE-19 seems to work as well, if not better, than the interface that I was using before. Update: This interface has been working well on FT8, Winlink, WSPR. I usually just leave the G90 running on a band of interest to receive signals for PSKreporter spotting purposes. However I noticed that CAT control and audio stops working after 18-36 hours. FLrig says the radio stopped responding, and I have no audio going into WJTX. If it was just an issue with FLrig, I would think that the audio would still be working, but that is not the case. Unclear if it is an issue with the DE-19 or the computer. Im going to swap out the cheap laptop computer this week to see if that is the issue. Update 2: I switched computers and this interface seems to work fine with no issues. Ive had it running for days and it appears to be reliable so far.

Got the D19 working with my G90. Use FLRIG for Xiegu-G90, 19200 baud, Correct COM port. Uncheck all boxes except 2 Stop bits (everything default). Then WSJTX Rig: FLRig FLRig Default on Data Bits, CAT Data/PKt and None for Split. Change Audio to use this device. Make sure you use U-D (upper SideBand) for mode (this is a new option on the new G90 firmware). Works for me right now. Hope it continues.
