I gave them a second chance, and ordered the same unit. The second one even gave more dead pixels. Not recommending this company to anyone! Be aware, just a waste of time.

LCD worked fine. Never got to use it though as the digitizer wouldnt work on the top half of the screen. Had to replace the whole IPad after trying to replace both screens. Very fragile.

So I had to find a youtube video for a similar product to install this. overall it was fairly easy, but, it never ended up working. I tried uninstalling it several times, made sure all connections were right. Nothing.

This is still working well knock on wood. I’m just a normal mom and tried replacing a broken screen when I realized this delicate thing lie beneath. It was a breeze to replace since I already popped the screen off. If I can do it anyone can. I just wish I had payed more attention and not broke it in the first place. Oh well it’s fixed and I have bragging rights now. Other regular moms think I’m super handy.

When we got my lcd screen it was broken.. When we turned on the iPad you can see where lcd screen was cracked...

Worked fine until right after the return window closed. First a few gray lines started taking over at the the bottom of the screen. Then more and more started taking over more of the screen. Touch pad still worked but you couldnt really see the screens keypad for these lines. The the gray lines turned black and as of now, half the screen is not visable. Purchased early March and now its early May so thats how long it lasted. Update 7/6/2022. Since posting this and posting the picture, more than 75% of the screen is blocked. It’s almost as if the screen burned thru the display. Kind of like the first computers would do if you didnt turn on the screen saver.

Immediately after turning on, the screen went black. The audio is there (for example, I can hear the screenshot click if I hold the power button and home button). I force restart and see the apple logo, sometimes can even get to my home page but then everything turns black again. I saw similar comments elsewhere on here, so yeah.. you’re taking a risk with this product.

It comes broken

Display was easy to install and worked great for about the first month. It then began to flicker in sections and now only a few weeks later there is a green halo type ring around the center of screen. Still functional at 6 weeks in but annoying and who nows how much longer until spreads to whole screen and becomes unusable. Even though it is a cheaper replacement option, it definitely lacks the quality and therefore longevity.
