> 24 hourI have to agree with one of the other posters that this umbrella is WAY overpriced. Honestly it performs the same as my Totes umbrella that I bought for less than $20. In fact, mine is probably better and Ill tell you why....the handle is thick on this umbrella, and while that may make a few feel that its quality it actually makes it harder to grip the umbrella during actual wind/rain. It would also be harder for elderly, or those with disabilities. The open/close button is stiff and would likely ease up with time (I hope) but again, if this umbrella is for someone who is older, has arthritis, or other physical limiting disabilities this umbrella would just make things worse. Its even harder to close the umbrella and requires a sizeable amount of umph. My kids couldnt do it, my mother in law couldnt, and on the first try I actually ended up pushing the open button again and it popped back up. Honestly aside from the reverse fold, this is just a regular umbrella and the price point does not match the features given.

> 24 hourPriced at nearly 100 for an umbrella is nearly highway robbery. I understand that the manufacturer states that theres research that went into this umbrella but at the end of the day... its an umbrella. My curiosity was piqued seeing this so wanted to give this a go. Its been strangely windier where I live recently and the umbrella holds up pretty well despite the strong winds. The reflective strip works as intended given its designed purpose. As for the UV protection it does do that but its not like youre going to feel that much cooler under it. Slightly? Yes. But not that noticeable. I have an umbrella half the price of this that held up just as well as this did and comes with all the same features. My only issue is the pricing otherwise it works as well as its listing states.

Molto robusto, automatico, a scatto e antiruggine. Consigliato! Voto 9.

> 24 hourThis is the best umbrella if I prioritize portability first and ease of use second. Id say that the fabric is the key selling point here - this doesnt require drying time.. just shake the water off or close and then re-open - the forceful opening of the umbrella combined w/ the awesome fabric will cause all remaining water to shoot off. Where it excels: This is easily the most water resistant/water proof fabric Ive seen in any umbrella reverse folding strong spring to open the umbrella quickly crisp trigger - my wifes too weak to open cans.. and she can open this umbrella easily with her thumb.. so Im not sure if we got lucky with this one? Its way easier than what their video shows (needing 2 hands to open) things Im not sure about: the ribs dont seem that special it feels flexible and reasonably sturdy, but this umbrella doesnt feel any sturdier than my other reverse folding umbrellas at the $20-$30 pricepoint. Overall its a well-made, easy to use umbrella. Id like to see some color options on it. At the time of ordering, this was a little <$50. Im not sure about paying double the price for that fabric yet... maybe if this out-lives my other ones, the durability of the ribs might be worth it..

> 24 hourThis umbrella is made of neutral colors. Some umbrella fabrics get worn and can leak as they age, but this is made of a good solid fabric. The only complaint came from my wife who has lost strength in her hands and had difficulty opening it. I had no problem opening it.

> 24 hourItem description: Reversing folding umbrella, model X2 Pro Green Brand: XIXVON Item: B0BW12CRFN Date received: 2023-05-01 Headline - Premium features can come in a smaller package! Product Claims 1 ct, reversible folding umbrella color, green I received exactly what was claimed in the product description as to quantity (1 ct, umbrella), color green. With the cover, this item weighs 452 grams (essentially a pound). It is not light, and in the closed position it is 13 inches long and about 3 inches in diameter. Certainly lighter, shorter and smaller umbrellas do exist. However, this is really a premium-featured full-size umbrella that has been ingeniously re-packaged into a much smaller and lighter configuration. The open tip-to-tip diameter is a healthy 41 inches, and the shaft gives you 19+ inches of head room - enough to keep two people largely dry even in a pouring rain. The long list of notable features include: 1) a drip-catching closure design: a reverse-folding mechanism causes the outermost edge of the fabric to fold upward (vs downward on most other folding umbrellas), catching the water on the canopy and reducing uncontrollable drips during closure. 2) a fully auto-open, and (surprise!) partially auto-close design. (I have a full-size reverse-close umbrella with auto-close (very nice for getting into a car), but that one is a manual-open design.) On this one, with the sheath removed and the hook and loop retention strap separated, a push of the actuation button on the handle rapidly extends the shaft while opening the umbrella canopy - all automatic. And when you are ready to close it, another push of the same button actually fully retracts the canopy to the shaft, collecting and capturing any water, while reducing the diameter to a manageable size. (To complete closure you are still left to pull the collapsed canopy down the shaft to the handle and reconnect the retention strap.) 2) 10 fiberglass reinforced ribs (2 more than most), each with an elaborate stainless steel spring and stainless-steel pull-rod actuated open/close mechanism. Nothing cheap here. 4) a handle that is a full 3-1/2 inches long, coated with a rubbery material, providing a good grip even when wet and windy. You sacrifice a smaller size for greater stability; a trade worthy of making in many cases. 5) a thin tightly woven outer fabric additional layers and coatings, including a UV blocking layer and, on the interior, a waterproof polymer layer; no drips under the canopy. 6) a safety reflective sewn hem around the outer diameter of the fabric, making the open umbrella impossible to miss from a vehicle headlight. 7) a large travel sheath; not a throw-away cover, this is really a necessary part of this system as it eases storage after use. A zipper closure, a stainless steel loop on the zipper pull, and separate pull fabric loop opposite the zipper, collectively make capturing and storing the umbrella canopy much easier. I would not previously have considered paying this much for a folding travel umbrella, but after putting this one through its paces, I now better understand the value. While its performance in a flipping wind (one that grabs it from the bottom and flips it inside out, tending to break many other umbrellas) is still untested, I am traveling this next week into a region forecast to have nothing but wind and rain for 5 straight days, so it will be given a demanding test in that environment, and if I find anything negative to report (or a new unexpected positive), I will update this review. The size may cause you to choose another smaller one for a small-purse emergency umbrella, but this is a worthy choice for a regular-use umbrella for a large purse, vehicle, briefcase, desk, backpack, etc.
