Ive bought more than a few computer backpacks over the years and this one has definitely got it down right. Material has a good slick feel with good padding on the handles. Interior compartments are laid out well. This is always a complaint of mine as most that have USB charge ports on the outside forget a pocket to hold the battery on the inside, but this one doesnt. I like the strap on the back as well to hold it on a luggage handle when running the airport. The laptop compartment could use a tiny bit more padding, but I always add a little extra myself as Im somewhat paranoid about impacts. Overall, good deal for the money.

I finally found a feminine backpack that fits my larger laptop in the pocket closest to my back, where the protection is best. Too many backpacks will only fit my laptop in the middle or front pocket and the backpack does carry well. Large pockets are good. The straps are wide and firm. This is the first backpack that offers a charging port and a well positioned hole for connecting headphones. The purple fabric seems durable and is water resistant.

As this school year comes to a close as of the writing of this review, Im already thinking about the next school year. Both of my kids will need new backpacks because they are so rough on them. This one will be for a 6th grader who needs to carry around a chromebook and the thousand other things he never takes out of his backpack. Its got a charging port for a phone if you keep a power bank in the backpack, and my kid always seems to have less than 10% charge on his phone somehow. So that will come in handy. Also, there is a special side pocket for the optional power bank. I like that feature, because in my own work backpack I have to use one of the available pouches for my power bank, ultimately limiting how much I can carry. No such issue with this backpack. He likes the minimalistic look and seems happy that this will be his backpack for the next year. Its got lots of compartments, seems well made, and hopefully will last the whole next school year.

So this is what you need to know if youre considering this midsize backpack. Its not too thin like the cheap dollar store backpacks. This one feels sturdy and robust, which is a pretty much obligatory with a pack of this size. It has one large main compartment, a forward compartment that has a good amount of organizational pouches, and a rear compartment for a laptop and tablet. The inside feels good, smooth, and not of thin material, I like it. On to the negatives: This bag has a hanging hook on the front outside pouch, but it is made of plastic and I dont think it will hold up if the pack is heavy. It looks flimsy and like itll deform or break if youve got something like textbooks in the main bag. Also, the shoulder straps are literally paper thin and offer no cushioning whatsoever. They arent really comfortable, especially if the bag is heavy. These are the only two drawbacks Ive encountered so far, and they can be eliminated with the addition of strap padding and a better, metal hook. Of course, this requires more money, increasing the total cost to use this one to its best and fullest. I recommend this backpack if the above two issues dont matter to you. For a little bit more you can buy a Swiss gear or Samsonite backpack thatll last you a long time and comes with all the bells and whistles (I have both kinds, so i know). Ill be dailying this backpack to see its longevity and just how robust it really is. Ill update when something happens. Not half bad so far.

I got this backpack when I was dissatisfied with my previous one, and what an upgrade! It is perfectly organized for all my essentials and electronics, and I like the strap that allows me to place it on my carry-on. There is enough storage here for a variety of trips, and the USB port makes charging super accessible. Very affordable for the cost.

Ive been using the XJ-HOME Travel Laptop Backpack for over a month and I love it. It arrived well packaged inside a protective transparent bag. It is an attractive backpack. It is lightweight and arrived very flat but it expands enormously. It has a multitude of pockets, dividers, and clips. It is great for carrying ones laptop. It can hold a lot of school supplies. Each major pocket zipper has two clips that meet in the middle. I had one backpack where each zipper had only one clip and one of the clips broke within a few days of me using it. Another backpack had a shoulder strap that was coming unsewn after a few weeks of usage. This XJ-HOME backpack has a strong, sturdy handle that you can use if you want to carry it like a suitcase. The straps appear to be sewn very well. In fact, the entire backpack seems to be manufactured from high quality materials and put together very well. I believe it is durable, stylish, and practical. One can carry it with them most anywhere. At $22.99 (at the time of this review), I believe the XJ-HOME backpack is very affordable. It is made in China. However, it suits my purposes and I would recommend it to anyone who needs one for going back to school.

I got this for my husband who is a corporate executive chef. He needs to carry a laptop etc from work to come constantly and this is an awesome bag for just that. The usb cable is a great addition as well as the room for everything he has.

This is just what I was looking for- well made, substantial weight but not cumbersome. The design was well thought out and suits my needs well. Its very functional and perfect for traveling around the local area or on trips.

The is a great backpack for traveling! It is sturdy and nice looking, too. There are 3 good sized compartments plus netting pockets on each side for water bottles. The front compartment has RFID blocking slots for credit cards and a pocket for your phone. There is a USB charging port on the outside and also a slot near where you store your phone so you can slip your charging cable through and charge your phone on the go. There is also a slot for headphone cords. The back compartment is perfect for storing a laptop or tablet. I like that it has a slot on the back to slip the backpack over the handle of a suitcase. I am definitely taking this on my next trip!
