The cord had ends that were taped together. Wasnt to much of a problem though. It was perfect for typical macrame things.

Macrame may seem like a dying art, but I work for a summer program and its one that Im happy to get a chance to revive. The knots can be simple, and even my smallest campers can learn basic knots.

This cording is gorgeous! I have looked at soooooo many macrame cords ....I even ordered some that I was disappointed in....it stretched. This cord is smooth, beautifully thick (6mm) and will make your craft look like it has substance. Its strong and doesnt stretch. Its truly strong cotton. The fraying effect is gorgeous! You will not be disappointed. True quality. Im buying more right now!

This is by far the softest cord I’ve purchased. I’ve purchased name brands that cost more but are no way near as soft as this. Tape your ends and you won’t have an issue with fraying. It is wonderful cord to work with and is reasonably priced. It is my go to cord. I hope Amazon never stops selling it.
