This item is the best idea ever!!! For anyone that cares about being neat on their work...highly recommended! Fits perfectly on the top rung.

Love the cover but hate that its an extra on top of the ladder price. Seems like these light duty ladders should always be used with extra protection to avoid marring walls or gutters.

This protective top rung protects the walls quite well. When used outside, it grabs a tree trunk more securely than a bare metal rung.
