This bag is really cute. Does have the strap handles and the bookbag handles. Its not as big on the inside as i thought it would be. I also have a Under Armour laptop book bag, but its for a 15, inside where the laptop goes in my UA covers more than this bag for a 15.6. It seems to me that this cow print bag is more suited for a 15 or smaller laptop. The laptop area padding isnt very thick for VERY good protection but theres enough. Theres plenty of pockets for storage inside and out. All in all, if ure looking for cuteness and some traveling it will definitely work. I dont feel like the seller has does anything wrong, i rating this a low 4 for the product itself. Hope this helps!

I love it. Get compliments everyday. Sturdy zipper...2 way zipper, very handy. Roomy. Side pocket easily fits my water thermos. Several inner pockets that are very useful!
