Yaesu FT-991A Mini-Manual by Nifty Accessories

Awesome quick reference. It doesnt dumb down, the manual it just organizes it into a fast reference guide that is 100% weatherproof. This isnt a Yaesu for dummies book...

I read the other reviews and chose to ignore them and take a chance. The print is very small and the information is not beginner-friendly. Definitely not a how to level booklet.

Its a Nifty Manual and without question one of the best quick go to guides for a rig. Highly recommend. I have one for most of my radios.

I wanted to give this guide 5 stars but after looking inside I found it wasnt at all what I was hoping for. First and foremost, being an older ham, I wanted a simplified [X = feature format] in EASY to read print. While this guide does provide comprehensive information in a waterproof and compact format, I didnt find it significantly easier to use than flipping though the manual that came with my rig. Also, it was expensive.

Had all the shortcuts I needed.

We own lots of these books for our radios. It is jam packed with information.

I needed to get started learning the new radio, this guide does the trick

Nice to have since the manual is over 100 pages...it is a good condensation.
