So far so good. I ordered this power supply after my original one burned out and quit working. Before I bought this one, I ordered a different brand on another website and it quit working after a few hours. After that experience, I felt iffy about ordering another generic brand (non-Microsoft ) power supply but its all I could afford. However, this one has been working perfectly and its surprisingly quiet. Im very satisfied and relieved. Im also impressed with this stores professionalism and customer service. They quickly followed up with me to ensure that I received the product and that I was satisfied with it. Ill certainly be keeping them in mind for future purchases.

The power supply works as it is supposed to. Its quiet and doesnt get hot. Recommended as a replacement for the XBox One.

It worked well as a replacement for my original OEM powerbrick that had failed. I am removing one star though as when it is powering the Xbox it interferes with our over the air antena signal. This means we cant leave the Xbox turned on (for instance for streaming to a PC) while we are using the over the air antena to watch TV.

The bow it came in definitely looked generic, but the product works really well. I had reservations on buying a replacement after mine broke, because I know the xbox one is gonna be obsolete when the xobox series x becomes affordable; but It has exceeded my expectations

Bought it for my husband because he refused to do so himself as he is holding out for the Series X, but I got tired of my baby not being able to play his games, so I got it and it works.... dont know how long it will hold up, but he is able to play now and that is all that matters...lol
