> 3 dayHolds everything I need, but its not bulky which is what I wanted. I love it, its also water resistant, held up in a rain storm and my laptop (full size) didnt get wet.

> 3 dayI have some shoulder issues so finding a bag that can carry my work computer is really hard. This backpack is so well balanced in weight distribution, I actually forgot my computer one day because I didnt notice the weight difference.

> 3 dayThis is an everyday where it around for me. I use it for my laptop and my big sketch pad. Overall the bag holds its shape even when its only partially full. Nicest part is it stays standing up on its own. The USB port for a battery pack is quite nice when traveling. I can plug my charging cable into the port, plug my phone in and drop it in the side pockets. The side pockets are large enough to hold a big water bottle, but have good elastic to also hold smaller items snug. The inside pencil packets are nice, the one next to it, is a weird size for anything other than post it notes. If you put smaller stuff in it, it leans out and gets in the way of trying to put things in the main compartment. Overall, I love it, and super high quality!

> 3 daySame day delivery. The packaging was slashed but the product was intact. It is sturdy and spacious. Ordered this for my personal item due to stringent airline size regulations. Able to pack 6 days worth of clothes, snorkel & goggles, dry box, toiletries. Slick material makes it easy to wipe clean, water-resistant. Padded on inside, comfortable wear. Aesthetically pleasing in appearance with good quality. CONS: needs more compartments, hard to get into backpack (main compartment & front pocket has to be unzipped or unclipped to get into). If side pockets are filled, unable to fit well under seat on plane.

> 3 dayThe only thing I want to comment on is, you might have to flip the latches around which is very simple or else the prongs will stick out on the clasps

> 3 dayI LOVE this backpack. I was looking for something to carry my school supplies around in, as my old backpack was extremely worn out and not my favorite for holding everything I needed. I have a large laptop (about 15 inches) that fits perfectly in the laptop compartment, so I no longer have things scraping against it. The rest of the space inside the bag allows me to easily store textbooks, notebooks, and my planner with ease. There are a few pockets to hold pencils/pens, and the front pocket which also has plenty of room to hold any other little extras. The side pockets on the outside are stretchy so they can comfortably hold water bottles/coffee cups. I love the way the top zippers open so that you can easily get things in and out without everything spilling out. Lastly, this backpack doesnt feel heavy. Its very easy on the back and shoulders to walk around with even when its fully loaded. I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely be using this backpack for a long time!

> 3 dayWanted to have a nice looking backpack that doesnt shout hey I am a tourist when navigating Berlin, Amsterdam or Tokyo. Its large enough to fit a smaller laptop or my 12 tablet plus plenty of space after that. But is looks small and understated enough to look like a commuter bag. It doesnt have a lot of pockets and zippers inside. Its really quite simple. For safety you may want to add carabiners or small locks to the zippers if you use the backpack in local transportation in European cities, which are typically teaming with pickpockets (who are very adept at unzipping your things without you noticing).
