I always buy furoshiki to wrap my presents year round. This one I actually sewed the ends and placed wooden dowel rods through to make a tapestry for someone for a change for the holidays. The image is clear and fabric is a nice quality.

I am switching to these as gift wrapping. They are lovely.

Colors are true to picture, material is thick and durable yet light enough to properly fold and tie, and was perfect upon arrival. I now plan on buying the rest of the traveling cat furoshiki.

This is a great depiction of a rainy day among the gardens in Japan, great quality wrapping cloth with excellent colors

This furoshiki is pretty good quality, not thin or quick fading but a medium weight with a bit of texture to the weave. I suspect it will last a while, certainly in better shape than our very first, thin Daiso ones. I do not recommend the thin fabrics for regular wrapping. I had to get this as soon as I saw it--the shop printed on it reminded me very, very much of one in Nara, near the deer park and in the trees. My husband and I went in on a windy autumn day to have some kitsune udon and ginger spiced amazake. A deer kept trying to peek inside. This is one of my most favorite memories. I bought it around the 4th year anniversary of that trip, wanting to give my husband an every autumn reminder of that time. I use furoshiki over lunch containers. Originally I did this for security to ensure the lid stayed on but the habit stayed with most containers. It makes them look nicer and adds a touch of extra care for loved ones.

Nice sturdy cotton fabric. Its the size of a large dinner napkin. You can wrap a bento box in it, then unwrap to use as a lunch mat.
