I have never used this type of needle before and now Ill never go back to a straight yarn needle. The bend makes it so easy to pick up stitches to ram an item. The case is nice and study and makes it easy to find them in my yarn basket.

I was looking for steel needles to keep on magnets mounted to my loom castle so I could grab and hemstitch. Nope...dont stick to magnets. Description says steel. I will still use them, I love these needles, just disappointed I cant put them where they will be handy. Now Ill just have to throw them in my bench with all my other weaving stuff.

I was doing some yarn-wrapping to make coasters and mats and bowls, and needed some needles big enough for the thick yarn I was using. Stumbled on these bright aluminum needles. They were perfect for the job. I have since used them to teach the technique to my granddaughters, who enjoyed picking which color needle they wanted to use.

The needle was surprisingly light, easy to handle. Used it for attaching pieces of crocheted limbs, noses, etc on animals.
