I received this item a few weeks ago but did not install it until yesterday because it was part of a room-makeover birthday surprise for my daughter. Before unravelling the strings, I first plugged the item in to test and clicked through a few modes using the button on the USB. It worked fine for the 30 seconds it was plugged in. Then I proceeded to go through the trouble of hanging the lights on the wall, which I did by stringing fishing line across the ceiling and then hanging the light hooks on the fishing line. I plugged the lights in and pushed the button, they flickered on for a split second, and then immediately went off. They never came on again after that, no matter how many times I pushed the button on the USB. I then tried the remote buttons to no avail. I tried plugging them into different outlets to see if it was an outlet issue. Nothing worked. I emailed the seller to see if there was a workaround (like a reset button) but they offered no solutions to fix it. I requested they mail a replacement, but was instead offered a refund of half what I paid, or a credit of half off if I wanted to order another. I chose to instead go through Amazon for a full refund onto a gift card. I could have gotten another one or a refund to my credit card, but it would have required me to mail the item back. For a $15 item, its not worth the hassle or postage to package it and mail it back. The seller was nice and replied quickly, but their remedies were not helpful and there is no incentive for me to to work with them if they are offering only half my money back when I could get a full refund through Amazon (without needing to email back and forth with someone). The lights were nice for the few seconds they worked though, and delivery was pretty quick. I never got to test the remote since the lights stopped working before I had the chance.

I am in love with these lights. I never thought I would ever be excited about lights but these bright a certain sense of magical to my bedroom. I feel happiness every time I walk into my bedroom and see them through the curtains. Remote control is so used friendly and really enjoy the timer as well. Get you some!

Remote control works great and brightness is perfect for or needs

The product is every bit what it claims to be. The diagram is perfect. It does come with a special plastic hook that you can use to hang on nails if you so desire. But these same hooks are a problem if you want to hang on the window as pictured, which is what I wanted to do. But the mistake was mine, because it’s clearly shown in the diagram. Just be aware of it, if you want to hang on a window. Not to say that you can’t make it work, but it will present a bit of a challenge. The lights are only LED and very bright. It does have all the functions as described, the remote works well and the music feature is a blast. Aside the hooks, they’re great and fairly priced.

Ive had these lights for a few months over all theyre great for what I got them for but I have an issue with the EXPOSED ENDS OF WIRING. I didnt realize the wire went past the last LED bulb until IT SHOCKED ME. This only happens when I make my bed because of the blankets I have I get a static electric current on me, then my shoulders bump the wires and it really shocks me. Im going to put hot glue on the exposed ends but please keep this is mind if you have these on you or by your childs bed or in an area where you might have your morning tea. THE ENDS ARE EXPOSED AND LIVE. Manufacturers this is a simple fix please get on it so no one else gets shocked or starts an electrical fire.

It was so beautiful and cute until our cat thought it was a toy and destroyed it, my daughter had the strings underneath her hanging leaves , it turned out really cute

Was a scrambled pain right out of the box. Not user friendly to set up and they went right back. Can’t speak on how well they worked - they were so small it was like plastic dots on thread.

It doesnt seem to be as bright as others that we bought last year. Also, it is a little awkward to connect the USB as it needs to be connected through the battery pack, even if you are not using batteries. Much more bulky this way. But it certainly appears to be functional and will fit our needs.

I thought there would be more strains of lights but to be honest once you place them on the wall, it gives the perfect brightness at night. The 6 hour setting works great, but it will drain batteries. I highly recommend just using the usb cord and using them that way.

I put them in my granddaughter’s room and use it as a nightlight. They look lovely.
