> 3 dayI thought it might be too big for my 4 month old puppy (10lbs growing into 20lb full adult), but he likes it and it works great. I wouldnt recommend it for food for a small because the dish is 6.5 wide, but if you are looking for a nice water bowl, this is a sexy one.

People who are spending $50 on a Yeti dog bowl probably have bigger retrievers who need a lot more water. This is kind of sized for a Shelty or Blue Heeler - not my thick English Labrador.
