YETI Tundra Haul Portable Wheeled Cooler

I like the cooler but it had limited use without a drain plug. I went from being really excited about this product to hugely disappointed by the lack of response. I was forced to get knock-off drain plugs since we were going to a music festival in PA and it was going to be four days with the Yeti in the hot car. 20 pounds of ice kept 40 drinks and lots of food cold for the duration, even with frequent openings. UPDATE: YETI provided me with two drain plugs immediately upon finding out about the issue. Happy customer again, although this is a very expensive cooler. Seems to be well constructed so i dont believe i will have to replace it anytime soon.

Ive used this cooler for two camping weekends now and both time I filled it up with beer and ice and by the time we made it to our destinations 4 hours later, the ice was mostly melted. Now the water in it was still cold enough to keep the beer cold, but Im disappointed the ice melted so fast. Still happy I finally bought one and that my beer was still cold, but the water is a nuisance.

Save your money! Bought mine direct from YETI when Amazon was out of stock. I also bought a much cheaper copy cat at a popular big box store on clearance. Love the copy cat! It’s my go to cooler. Keeps ice much longer at a quarter of the price. And I don’t have to worry about it being stolen. Also, I make my own block ice in stainless pot and use an ice pick. Save more money and your ice last a lot longer. But at least the YETI looks good! I have the YETI bucket as well with the honey comb lid and love it! Use it as my fishing bucket down here on the gulf coast.

This cooler is a well made product and performs as advertised. The only negative is that it is quite heavy even before items are placed inside. I use this cooker to keep perishable item cold while traveling to and from the beach.

Never thought I would give Yeti a bad review. Love all their products. We missed our return window or I would of sent this cooler back. We just used this starting a day ago for the first time. Total of 2 days in the back of our truck with no sun on it and all 3 yeti ice blocks have melted and all the food was room temperature. Maybe opened the cooler a total of 4 times. Our cheap Coleman hold the cold better than that. So disappointed. Very exspensive mistake.

Plain, cumbersome, no extras, expensive $400. Bigger, less $, easier to use, nicer looking Igloo for 1/2 the price.

Not much to say except its a Yeti. It does everything well and looks cool. The wheels are heavy duty and make transport a breeze. The only way to roll.

Sold ice chest. Best on the market. Glides easy with the wheels

Birthday present for our son. He was elated. Great product, and shipped fast.

This was planned as a special gift for a 65th birthday and, it “took the cake”, the beer and lots of other party necessities. Everyone was happy…especially the new owner!
