> 3 dayI have a very small kitchen and counter space is at a premium. I had containers of frequently used spices, seasonings and condiments taking up room on the limited space of the countertop. When I saw these racks I thought they would be perfect for the most obvious space, the fridge door. Don’t do that. The retaining bar across the front of these shelves is only an inch high and too low to hold containers securely while the fridge door is being opened or closed. Just don’t do it! Save the space on your fridge doors for a whiteboard or something. In this set of four shelves, the larger two of them are 12” wide and 4 3/8” deep, with 3 7/8” of that depth as usable space. The two smaller ones measure 11 1/4” wide and 3 5/8” deep, with 3” of that depth as usable space. I found the larger one to perfectly hold three salt cellars so I stuck it to the range hood so my salts are off the countertop and near the stove where I use them the most. The magnet firmly and strongly attaches to the range hood. It’s not going anywhere. The smaller shelves are perfect for my condiment bottles like soy sauce and sriracha. My other regular sized spice bottles fit on the smaller shelves okay but there is room to spare. The most important thing here is that these little bottles are off the counter and also where I can see and reach them. There is one broken weld on one of the shelves but it neither shows nor does it affect performance.

Greater than one weekI was happy to find these were even a thing. Another reviewer mentioned how strong they were-they were not kidding. I can barely pull them off the fridge now that they are in place. The only complaint I have is that I wish the shelves were a bit wider, to allow 2 rows of spice jars. But they are wide enough to hold the bulk containers I have of some spices, so they arent bad at all. Theyve definitely freed up space in my tiny kitchen.

> 3 dayWe ordered these spice racks to provide more organization in our kitchen and they have more than done the job! We decided to place two on the side of the fridge. There is great flexibility for height and location. They hold approximately 2lbs of jars before they slide. This allows them to fix 4-5 spice jars without worry of sliding. They are a great addition to our kitchen, freeing up a drawer for other kitchen utensils. These spice racks exceeded our expectations.

17-11-2024Ive wanted to organize my three shelf spice cupboard for ages. I tried small metal tins with magnets on the back, but they only accommodated spices from the smaller containers. Also they had to be opened to get any spice out, which was difficult because the spice got into the threads and made it almost impossible to turn the lid. I tried larger magnetic spice tins with a sprinkling side and a scooping side. They didnt have threads on the lids, but spice still got down between the lid and the tin, making them hard to turn. The cook in our family (my husband) hated both options. The problem with our spice cupboard was that you couldnt see what spice you had unless it was right at the front of the shelf. Otherwise, you had to pull everything out on the counter to find anything. I hated that, so I looked at actual spice racks, but none of them seemed deep enough to handle larger containers. Then I found this set of four magnetic shelves. I was so eager to see if they would work that I opened the box and headed straight for the kitchen. The first thing I found was that they are deep enough for everything except the largest canister or fat round things like my bulk salt. The next thing I discovered is that the magnets are super strong, which you will find out for yourself if you happen to do what I did and put two of them back to back. I almost didnt get them separated. Once I had all four of the shelves positioned on the side of the fridge, I unloaded that spice cupboard as quickly as I could. As you can see in my pictures, I have loaded these shelves to the max. Important to know is that, even with everything Ive put on them, the magnets hold them strongly enough that I have trouble trying to move them slightly to adjust their position on the fridge. I mean they really hold tight! I have no fear that they will suddenly give way due to the weight of all I have stored on them. The racks are about 4 deep, black open mesh L-shaped metal shelves with front and side guard rails that keep the contents from sliding off. The magnets run the entire length of the shelf and are about 2 high. And did I mention how strong they are? Certainly if you need a place to organize your spices, or anything that could be stored this way, in my opinion you cant go wrong with this set of spsice racks.
