Its a decent size and allows for multiple items (knives in my case) to be maintained at once. Ample compartments prevents mixing up hardware/small part and definitely helps keep my tiny screws from falling into the carpet and disappearing forever. Only gripe is that it doesnt fold or roll up well, unless you band/tie it; otherwise, it will unfold/unroll, expanding and gripping onto anything in its proximity.

A must if you do any electronics repair.

I use it for drone building, soldering, screw holding and more. Its a good size, but it depends what you will be doing with it that will determine if the size is dood or not. I build 7” drones mostly and the drones overlap the flat working area on the matt. So if you dont want that then buy a matt that does not have anything but a plane area to work on. This one has screw holders and stuff

This mat is perfect. I actually use it as a base instead of suspending my project over the steel base the alligator clips are magnetically attached to. Please don’t judge my run on sentence. Cheers!
