Used it at Disney world, wasn’t worried about them running off as much as someone snatching them so it gave peace of mind and was a great way to keep snacks and lunch cool.

Got this for my 1.5 year old son to take his change of clothes and water bottle to daycare and figure itll make it easy to pack toys/snacks in for outings where we dont need the entire diaper bag. The size is just right for him and the chest clip helps keep it secure and not slide off his shoulders. It came with a leash strap that can clip on the bottom but I removed it. I hate leashes on kids. Handy for someone who prefers that though. The two side mesh pockets were just big enough to fit his Contigo water bottle (see pics) The only reason I took a star off is the shark fin side of the bag is super puffy and definitely has room to have a second zipper pouch on that side that would have been handy for little items.

Traveled with twin toddlers from the East Coast to the West Coast and let me tell you they came in handy! We didnt bring our double stroller (huge mistake) but the backpacks were very useful when my twins wanted to walk around the airport after sitting in our laps for 6 hours on the plane. It really help them feel a bit independent while we literally keept them on a leash. We were able to fit their snacks and their silicone fire kindle tablets too.

We bought the Green Dinosaur backpack 3 years ago for our son to use when traveling (Which we do often). It has held up to the rigors of toddlerhood. We decided to purchase the Purple Dino for our newest addition because we loved the quality of the first one so much. I can say the durability and quality has not changed since our first purchase. Hoping they have a matching suitcase for the purple dino soon so we can complete the kids luggage set!

It’s a very nice backpack for toddlers, very good quality, I bought 2 ( the purple and green dino) as a Christmas gift, both kids love them, still wearing them everywhere, and it fits their water, snack, a chance of clothes and some small toys!

I bought this for my 18 month old. I like it. We take it almost everywhere to carry his toys, books, kindle, and water bottle. My only issue is that I specifically purchased the shark believing that the leash attached at the top of the bag, thinking it would be a little bit safer. However, the bag has the leash attached at the bottom, which is not what is advertised or what I wanted. I didnt feel like returning the bag though. I like that it is insulated and roomy compared to some other toddler back packs. Weve gotten many compliments on it. I have used the leash a couple of times and he did get yanked and fell forward, I think it is because the leash is at the bottom and this may have been prevented if it was at the top, but I dont know for a fact. Just my opinion. This is a good back pack for toddlers. He enjoys wearing it. I would recommend and purchase again, specifically for my future daughter that is on the way.

We LOVE this backpack!!! My almost 2 year old love it! He calls it his shark! The backpack is surprisingly very well made. You can definitely tell it will last a long time. The shark part on the outside is nice and firmly fluffed. So it always look puffy and nice. The inside of the backpack is insulated so it is perfect for snack and drinks. Ive also used it to put a diaper and a small case of wipes in (along with snacks). It can fit a pretty good size amount in it. On both sides of the outside of the backpack there are mesh pockets to put a travel cup or pretty much anything else. We use one for a cup and the other to hold the harness cord when we arent using it. Its a perfect spot to put it if you dont want to unhook the cord everytime you let them go on their own. The harness cord is nice and long but not overly long. It can also be removed if you just want to use it as a backpack. The handle itself is a little on the small side in my opinion though. Its a little harder for me to put my hand all the way through it. I usually just end up holding the strap instead of leaving it on my wrist. But I will say I have larger sized hands (for a women anyways) so that could just be me. But Im sure an average man would have the same issue. The chest harness is also great! The harness adjusts easily enough and wont budge until you are ready to adjust it again. It sits on my almost 2 year old perfectly. Overall this is a great harness backpack!! I would highly recommend it for a toddler around 2 to 3 years old!!

Bought this and the dragon one for our boys. It has survived a year and a half of use , school bus and about 8 or 9 washes. Just starting to show some wear on the edges . I just washed again today and ready we are for school start again. Awesome school lunch/backpack for our toddlers. It fits the thermos lunch, water bottle, snack container and a few more things . Some days we pack a bento box instead of the thermos. It does not fit a folder but our school dos not use folders. We get a communication log about the size of a notebook. It fits an iPad inside if someone can relate . We think it is an awesome value. We used the harness when the kids were smaller and we were teaching them to walk along us in crowds . Super recommended as a lunch box/ backpack starter . Colors are beautifully and keep after this many washes !
