So here is the thing..... those annoying plug in usb chargers suck.... they are always going bad.... got tired of them in my wife’s older Bmw.... I took out the old cigarette lighter socket and installed this in its place. Since the cigarette lighter is live always this awesome gadget monitors the battery voltage and the charging circuit at the same time... plus you get that extra power to run your usb devices x2

This product certainly appears well designed, no flaws that I could see. I had no issues with the product during install, except my dash needed to be slightly altered but was not fault of product. Durability? I have only had short time, so unknown on long term durability but based on construction and use should last for a very long time.

Installed this in my service truck because I needed an additional outlet for my phone. Looks great, installs easy and supplies sufficient power for a fast charge on the phone.

Works great so far. Will have to see how it holds up the weather. I have an older 19 Outrage and I installed this in the dash by cutting a hole in one of the plastic gauge placeholders. The outlet itself was simple to install. Cutting the hole in the plastic without marking it up was the hard part.

This was a custim install the replace the cigarette lighter on my 1990 miata. I was able to modify the stock connector to fit the prongs on the charger like it was meant to be that way from the factory. A little work with my Dremel and I was able to screw the unit into the factory lighters location and lock it in with the provided nut. The voltage reading is spot on as far as what voltage my alternator is putting out and all of my USB cable fit nice and snug.

Edit 4/15/2021: This seems to be a low power USB port because it charges none of our iPhones even with OEM Apple cables. Disappointing. I really like this charging port. I bought it to replace one of the 3 accessory ports in a Westmarine accessory port (cigarette lighter-type) bank for my sailboat. The Westmarine ports seem to prefer to spit out the little USB adapters so it would be hit or miss whether my devices would charge. This Yonhan USB port seems very well constructed and I love the voltage display! The USB connection is a tight fit and it comes with a spare fuse for the inline fuse holder thats provided. Id buy it again.

Put this on a motorcycle fairing, voltage is within .001 of my fluke multimeter, there is no adjustment on this for voltage but its so accurate its not needed. Both of the quick charger USB ports fast charge my note 10+ without any issues, I used a relay to wire it up and have it turn on when the bike turns on. In like the color to, its close to my paint on the front of the fairing and bike.
