The product was exactly as advertised and works well

PROS: - Delicious click and excellent tactile feedback! - Keys are attractive and true two-part construction with removable chrome bezel - Small form and slender base leaves plenty of desk space/room for modding - Keys are comfortably spaced for easy use by even my clumsy fingers - Easy to clean and maintain. Even came with two spare switches and a simple extracting tool - Feels heavy and solid CONS - Just four months of use and the D key (and now the A) are becoming quirky and sporadic, especially if using Shift at the same time - Alt-Function keys are not indicated on the keyboard itself. One MUST refer to the manual to suss out which key does what - Keyboard lighting will sometimes stay active after the computer is shut down and will not turn off until the plug is pulled - NOT TRUE RGB. Colours are fixed by row, pattern can only be changed using its own pre-programmed settings. A minor point, but still a blatantly false claim by the seller - Delivery time took nearly TWO MONTHS past its due date (ordered in early October, received mid December). Packaging looked like it was mauled by dogs, but product seemed unharmed A very attractive, fully mechanical keyboard for a price that is QUITE good. The cons are more irritating than game-breaking, but the real sticking point is the misfiring keys, which really should NOT be a mechanical keyboard issue. As it did come with spare switches, Ill give this board a functional but with reservations And shame on the seller for the shipping delays and blatant lie about True RGB in the product description

Its supposed to be plug-and-play, but on my Windows 10 box the Esc key, Caps Lock key, Insert key, and left Shift key dont work. Not sure if there arent other keys not working.

I love love love this keyboard. I love the look and even the loud clicks. However, I have to return it. I take notes during Zoom calls and cannot hear people talking over the clicking of this keyboard. I thought the problem would be that the clicking would bother them, so I mute myself, but if I cant hear them talking, then how can I take notes. Really sad to have to return this, because, I love the clicking myself. I love the way it looks, and I am definitely having a hard time finding a beautiful replacement that isnt much more expensive.

Bought for my desk at work. Comfortable to work on. Love the clicky noise. Workmates may not lol. Lighting is a bonus to brighten a super dull work space. Love the different patterns of the light as well as the static color lighting options.

Its pretty but whats the point if I hook it up May 4th, use it that day and the next and nit the weekend at all, and when I try to use it the next Monday its dead? Yeah, this is the prettiest return Ive ever made. What a waste.

Hi all, I purchased this keyboard after reading all the reviews. I must say I just decided to hook this up and give it a try. I am very pleased with the design, the colors and most of all the unique typewriter noise it makes. I wish the product had come with instructions in English of how to work the colors. I am not sure how to turn them off or if they can even be turned off. Guess I have to go back to reviews.
