> 3 dayI really dig this little keyboard. I previously was using an RK61 as my daily driver for doing software development, but after a few months I found that having the `~ key as a function layer on top of ESC, as well has the arrow keys on a toggleable layer were really frustrating and uncomfortable (even when using VIM bindings everywhere I can). This keyboard has made that pain go away, giving me exactly the right amount of keys and programability I need. All the extra features like hotswappable switches and RGB lighting are a bonus. I really like the keycap profile (I think its DSA), and the keycaps feel ok but a little on the cheap side: the optional mac CMD, CTRL, OPTION keys had paint worn off around the edges just from bouncing around in their little separate bag. Because the keycaps arent doubleshot with translucent plastic they dont have really good contrast if the room lighting isnt bright. Ive only been able to get the included USB A to USB C cable to work, any USB C to USB C cable directly in to my Macbook hasnt worked at all.

> 3 dayStarting out it came packaged fine. Nothing fancy. Came with a plastic cap puller which sucks and a couple extra key caps. The color is a little different but I dont mind it. The caps themselves are high quality although I switched mine out. The build quality and switches are fine, my complaints are with the functionality. For 25 more dollars you can get a Ducky One 2 ( Which I did ) or an Anne Pro 2, among other options that perform better. Half the short cuts in the instruction manual dont even work and you have no way to know what layer your even on because of this. The software, unless you speak and/or read Chinese is unusable. So basically, spend the extra money and get a top tier 60%. I went from a FULL SIZE down to this by the way and I LOVE IT! Ill never go back to a full sized keyboard lol. It does take getting used to for the shortcuts so Im hoping the Ducky has a much better on board macro system which Im sure it does or Ill swoop the Anne Pro which seems to at this moment in time have the best software. ( Sorry I excluded the big names, Im not a fan of them. Steel Series and Logitech both make decent ones if thats your thing. Boring black basic big box kbs with a decent build quality. Unless you ask Techne , awesome reviewer but IDK about the top picks lol. ) Thats it! Hope this helped!

> 3 dayFor the price its not a bad keyboard. The ability to hot swap gives you a lot of flexibility to modify and upgrade the board. Straight out of the box it leaves a lot to be desired, but put in a bit of work you can make it a pretty decent typing experience.

> 3 dayFor gaming, its easy to use and compact for Fortnite, COD, etc. I honestly gotta say that I swapped out for the keycaps to match the color of the keyboard, also I liked this 60% keyboard than the Ducky one 2 mini. You can swap the keycap to match the keyboard color. Quality of material feels solid and literally given high quality plastic but heavy though, because of the weight itself.
