This was very easy to assemble, took maybe 2 minutes for me to get the poles through the slot and we were good to go. Its plenty sturdy; my 2 average sized cats can sit on it together with no weight concerns. The bed dips a bit when they get on, kind of like a hammock if it was held fairly rigid by a metal frame, which took some getting used to for one of the cats. Easily the best feature of this product is the suction cup installation. It sticks to basically anything smooth and clean. It sticks to the back splash, refrigerator, windows, doors, mirror. It mostly lives below our cupboards so they can get up on top of the refrigerator, but it makes the rounds of all of those locations regularly enough. No adhesive, no clean up, just stick it to the surface and pull the little tabs when you want to move it. It also came with a little rope mouse, which the toy-crazy cat was on top of the second it hit the ground and happened to be adorable. Zero complaints; it almost feels like a product you can just give 5 stars to and walk away without explanation. Its exactly what it says it is, which is exactly what I wanted, and the cats love it. Cant ask for anything more than that.

The window perch itself is a dream come true for my feline friend. It provides a cozy and elevated spot for my cat to lounge, bask in the sun, and enjoy panoramic views of the outside world. The sturdy design ensures that the perch securely attaches to the window without any wobbling or instability, giving my cat a safe and secure place to relax. The added toy was a great surprise that my cat loves!

The suction cups were my biggest concern. If they come off and the cat falls off... he will never use this bed again. Cats have permanent memories when it comes to items and places which are dangerous. Tip: You must clean the window with soap and water, maybe even rubbing alcohol before applying the suction cups.

We had a different cat window shelf before this one. It had ropes that connected the shelf portion to the suction cups at attach to the window. Unfortunately we had to replace it three times after the ropes eventually failed each time. This new cat shelf has been so much better! The all metal construction is sturdy and the suction cups are strong. It has a wider bed so our cats aren’t crammed when two decide to lay in it. Oh and they love the soft bed so much they nap for hours during the day and night, likely due to it being so soft. Also, the way the metal base is constructed makes it so cats can hang out on the window ledge as well as on the elevated bed portion. Definitely a solid buy.

My nearly 6 year old cat and 6 month old kitten LOVE this spot. It’s rare that they will share it together, it’s usually 1 or the other in this spot. Best investment for them ever! I love that you can easily take it off of the window and move to a different area as well. I’m feeling like I should get another one.

My cats LOVE this thing. The two of them weigh 24lbs combined and they are always asleep in it together. I placed it way up at the top of the window and they use the cat tree to get up to it. I’m not kidding, it’s their favorite place to relax. Definitely recommend!!
