Have used this for years. Ingredients definitely changed with the new look and my not picky kids now find it gross. So bummed.

My child has some difficulty falling asleep so we give it to them at bedtime. For a child who would take at least 3 hours to fall asleep, would fall asleep within 20-30mins of taking this. They like the flavor, so theres no fuss about taking it, they ask for it if we forget. Kids falling asleep at bed time......yes, thank you.

My five year old granddaughter takes these about 20-30 minutes before bed. We did a ton of research on a natural sleep aid for her before we bought this one. Puts her to sleep & keeps her asleep all night. No morning drozziness with this at all. However, my granddaughter thinks they are kinda sour….not so much that she refuses to eat it. Great product for our family.

We all know why are you here. You want to know will this pill put my minion to sleep but not so much to sleep that I feel like Im drugging them? I have an answer: it depends. I have two kids. If I give a single pill to my 5 year old he is out in 20 minutes- like falls asleep sitting up. My daughter, on the other hand, zero effect. It anything it ramps her up. No idea why they very so much. I take 2 on occasion and it works for me. I dont wake up groggy and but still get a good sleep. The dissolve really well and could be confused with candy so keep them up high!

Purchased for an adult. Works, but taste is more tart than the last batch of the same brand.

These work for my toddler, but he doesn’t love the taste. but he makes a hilariously cute face when he chews them up so it’s OK ha ha
