Greater than one weekA month ago we moved our 2.5 year old to a bed and since then its been a nightmare keeping her in her room. Bedtime and naps have become something we dread. My daughter would take over an hour to settle down mostly from screaming and not wanting to stay in her bed, waking up countless times at night and then waking somewhat early. Out of desperation I looked for a childs melatonin and read the reviews for this. This is the second night I gave it to her. Last night she woke up 1x and then woke for good at 4 am. No bueno. Tonight she was out again as soon as we were done with our bedtime routine. So its either an amazing product or there is something more in here that is drugging my child. I gave it to her one hour before bedtime which is too soon after experiencing two nights of this because within 30 min she becomes very relaxed, and very tired. Almost a different child because its like going from a wild child to someone who is stoned. So while I want to be enthusiastically excited about this, at the same time I am kinda nervous that there is more in the pills. I noticed it says Sleep with Melatonin so in the back of my head I thought is there something else thats not on the ingredient list. I couldnt find anything else on the label. So the jury is still out. If I wasnt always concerned about whats in supplements Id easily say this is a miracle supplement for my daughter to get her over this transition hurdle. But I think as a test, Im going to take one myself and see what it does. I take a high dosage of melatonin and it does nothing for me so if this makes me drowsy then I know something else is in there that they arent advertising. Stay tuned! *****Update - I still use this and cut it down to 1/2 a pill. It still relaxes her especially on nights where shes super wound up. The downside is she always wakes early in the morning when we give it to her. Im still going to use it though.

> 3 dayMy daughter has a very hard time falling asleep. Themes help her relax enough to fall asleep quickly. We usually give them to her before she starts getting ready for bed and about 20 minutes after she climbs in bed she is out. That might seem a long time, but there have been night she is up all night and staying awake until 1 or 2 is normal for her without them. She is only 7 so that is way to late for a little one. She likes the flavor and I like that they don’t have a huge dose of melatonin. And the fact that she actually gets to sleep is a huge plus. I hate having to give her things to help her sleep at this young an age, but since she has such a hard time sleeping on her own, I like that this has the chamomile to help relax and not a ton of melatonin alone. She sleeps well and wakes up ready to face the day and isn’t an overtired crabby mess the next day which is wonderful!

> 3 dayMy 2yo grandson has ASD and the worst sleep schedule ever. His 24 hour day might consist of a regular sleep time 1 day, the next day he may sleep a 3-4 hours a twice during that 24 hours. Sometimes he may not sleep at all! Then he may sleep 8 hours, up 4, sleep another 8. Other times he gets on a schedule of 2am to sleep and up at 10 am, to sleep at10 and up at 5pm. These schedules can last for days and weeks at a time. His mother is always a walking zombie. Her sleep is so messed up now, even when he does go to sleep alot of times she cant because her body is so screwed up. She may go a couple of days without sleeping more than a few hours. I feel horrible for her! Which is why when they found this product, I trying to order it as much as I can afford to for them. It definitely works! My grandson will take it and in 30 minutes be sound asleep. Even his mother will be. I highly recommend this to anyone whos child has trouble settling down in the evenings. It wont Knock them out, it just gently nudges them to a more calming and relaxed state and gradually they fall to sleep. Its great for adhd kids to. I dis tons of research on this product before I bought it and its lagit. I taught spec. needs kids for decades and know the importance of sleep. This is an important part of their life and this product works.

> 3 daySo my daughter gets this crazy adrenaline rush before bed, she is 3 years old. It has taken her hours and hours to fall asleep, and thats after getting her water, food, going to the bathroom, any excuse she can use to get out of bed. I also noticed she wasnt getting very quality sleep, she has nightmares and will wake up screaming in the middle of the night. Im not kidding, this product (1/2 a tablet 30 minutes before bed, has her sleeping better than she ever had WITHIN 30 quiet minutes after I give it to her. She will crawl into my arms and drift off into a sleep the like of which Ive never seen from my toddler. I do not use it every night, but when I do, i notice a VERY considerable difference in sleep time and sleep quality that night. She even seems better behaved and happy the next morning! I cannot explain how they do it, but trust me, THIS DOES WORK! For the price, please try this to save your sanity. If used appropriately, this could do wonders for any tired parent.

> 3 dayOur psychologist recommended melatonin for our three year old...and I choose this brand. Our son is autistic and his entire life hes struggled with sleep. I hate giving him any sort of medication and I only recommend this as a last resort. But when youve been rocking your child to sleep for naps/bedtime and then multiple times in the night for the last three years of your life...Id call that a last resort. So now, three months later, we are still giving these pills to him. Nightly, I crush up one pill and put it in some almond milk before bed. It must taste good because he suddenly loves the almond milk where he didnt before. Im also happy to say I am no longer rocking him and hes sleeping soundly at night. Yay!!! Some nights I give him half a pill and some nights I skip the pill when hes skipped his nap. This has been a life saver for me and my son seems happier in general lately. (Probably because hes sleeping better.) Im not sure how long I will continue to give them to him, but for now its working for us. Oh, and our psychologist told us kids with autism sometimes dont produce enough melatonin naturally so it is common among them. Whether your child is normal or not, Id recommend talking with your doctor before starting something like this. :)

> 3 dayI have two very energetic kids who no matter how much outdoor activity they were on, they still struggle to fall asleep at night. At first, I was hesitant to give any type of medication to the children for worrying about any potential reaction or side effects. But after thorough research, I found this product and so far my kids are getting tremendous help as well as my husband and I who had been suffering from sleep deprivation. The kids seem to fall in deep sleep and wake up feeling fresh. Also, the pill comes with great grape taste and kids love them. But I only recommend giving this to them every now and then so that they are not building any immunity to this melatonin and also possibly getting addicted to them.
