ZEBRA ZD420d Direct Thermal Desktop Printer 300 dpi Print Width 4 in WiFi Bluetooth USB ZD42043-D01W01EZ

The description shows this as the ZD420 with WIFI, and the price is right for that model. However, when the printer arrived and I opened the box it was missing the USB cable and was obviously used, as the printer and power supply were not in a factory box. I checked it over and on the bottom was a factory label with model# ZD42043-D01000EZ. I checked online and found that is the model without WIFI. I suspect that someone else bought and returned it after discovering it is not as described. I decided to try it out on the off-chance that the label was wrong, but no...the label is right. After downloading the configuration program from Zebras website and attempting to do a wireless printer setup the only way this printer showed up was when the USB was plugged in. Too bad since I want the WIFI MODEL.
