As a description says, it was missing tools. Not a big deal as I do hundreds of these for customers and have pails of tools, literally. The glass is a little thinner than the original. The item arrived in a plastic bubble wrap mailer with little to no protection. I was actually quite surprised that the screen was not shattered upon delivery. When installing the screen, since it does not come with a home button, take your time and very carefully remove the original home button. If your home button is broke and you are not transferring it, and buy a home button off of Amazon, your touch ID will no longer work. The touch ID only works for the original home button that was included with your iPad. Also, the screen did not come with any adhesive. Not really a huge deal as I always used T 7000 adhesive and throw the strips in the trash.

Install wasn’t bad. However, the screen glass is fragile and cracked very easy after. Also, after only a couple months the touch screen stopped working.

This touchscreen works good as the original did. It came with the tools shown in description. In my opinion if your not technically inclined I would recommend asking a friend that is to help you. I have done several IPhone screen replacements, however never done an IPad screen I took me a good 1 hour after I got the old touchscreen out to install the new one because I tested it several times b4 I glued it down. It is a great value for the money spent.

It took several hours and worked. Unfortunately some internal parts were damaged so tablet isnt working well. Screen looks nice though

Able to put the new screen on and we have not had any issues.

This fixed my our cracked 7th generation iPad. Watched a few YouTube videos and took my time and everything worked. Much cheaper doing it yourself!!

It’s works great! However sometimes some of the adhesive pops up occasionally but I’m not sure if that’s the product or if it is how i installed it.
