Greater than one weekIt’s everything I hoped it would be. I had the piece engraved. Some of the reviews indicated that customization wasn’t offered as indicated. You have to click all the selections until you find the one for customization. I found it toward the bottom of the list. It’s a beautiful piece. I couldn’t be happier.

> 3 dayI think I expected the heart to mostly be hollow, but in fact there is barely any hollow space at all. Only the tiniest amount of ash can fit in this memorial necklace. Im disappointed, and may purchase a different style.

> 3 dayThe pendant is absolutely beautiful. I just put my support dog, best friend, and companion to rest three weeks ago and ordered this to carry them wherever I go. It arrived fast, however, the pendant was scratched and smudged. Meaning someones fingerprints were all over the pendant and it some how got stretched in the box with the chain etc.

Greater than one weekWhile these look smaller than expected from the photos, they are very nice pendants, and feel nice and solid. I was unable to use the funnel to fill, but had a small scoop that worked perfectly for filling. It is comforting having my best friend with me.
