We love this stuff! We have two dogs that occasionally have accidents on the tile in the dog room and this is some of the only cleaner that cleans as well as it does while completely neutralizing/getting rid of the smell. We are on our second refill bottle and will buy again and again as needed.

This is a staple in my household as I do animal rescue & have a lot of pets, so accidents do happen. Personally, I do not like the smell Oxygen, which this product has in my opinion ( I used to have an oxygen sauna & had to get rid of it, but thats just me), but this product is worth it & apparently the oxygen is what works. It definitely neutralizes any odor so that I cant smell anything & it appears to keep pets from going back to the same area. What I cannot comment on so much is the stain remover aspect as I have no carpeted areas in my home.

I have several cats, this product does help when you have one that is a territory marker. Its easy to use and so far it has not stained any upholstery material. The one for pets does the best job for this. The one for general odors does good for other smells.

This is one product that totally lived up to its advertised claims: 4-8 sprays and within minutes even the worst litter bathroom smells are gone!! AND no cover up smell left behind!! Would fully recommend this product for anyone who does not want to add a smell in order to remove an odor -- and with economical refill bottles, it just does not get much better than this product!!

This is absolutely the best odor removal product I have ever used! I rescue dogs and cats therefore I have had a vast array of accidents to clean up over the years! After years of wasting so much time and money on just about every product out there, I was ecstatic to find Zero Odor! I actually removed the carpet everywhere except the bedrooms before finding this. I could still smell that smell.......I sprayed zero odor directly on the subfloor and plywood and it ELIMINATED ALL ODORS! I even use it in my car when needed! I am definitely a lifelong customer and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

i have been using this product for over 5 years. it works great for everything. while it doesnt get rid of 100% of the smell in the litter box room, it exceeds BY FAR any of the other products we have used - and we have tried everything. the refill bottles are actually for the original zero odor, not the pet odor. the pet odor is slightly more expensive and i dont see any benefits compared to the original.

This product works great, especially on pet odors. I spray our carpets regularly to avoid having to get them professionally cleaned all the time.

This is the most wonderful product I have seen in the area of pet odor control. You have to be generous in the application of this product for it to work well. As a breeder of dogs we have a lot of them in our home and this product really helps. I am so thrilled they finally have come up with something to help with those accidents all pets make especially when house breaking them.
