> 3 dayThis was a great purchase for the price. I spent over $80 on one bulb from Frigidaire and got two from Amazon for 1/4 the price. These are actually brighter than the one from Frigidaire.

> 3 dayThese are my third set of bulbs in this corn-cob style, non of which measured up to their claims of lumens. These were as bright as advertised, which is not 100w equivalent (1600 lumens), but instead this is between 60w (800 lumens) and 75w (1100 lumens) equivalent. That is still very bright when its direct-shining LEDs that are 6500K, and definitely as bright as youd probably want to ever go for a fridge. In fact, after installing these in my fridge, it almost hurts my eyes to open it. Which was exactly my goal! I cannot attest to longevity, and in a fridge/freezer application, it probably doesnt apply - they will always be amply cooled. I believe most of the failures of corn-cob style bulbs are due to lack of external heatsinks. If youre putting it in a fridge, overheating shouldnt be an issue.

> 3 dayThese are working Great in both my Freezer and refrigerator! I wanted something that would last and save money as many times the Frig is opened every day! This should accomplish both!

> 3 dayI have a light fixture over my computer desk that I converted from one of those Executive desk type lamps to a fixed fixture and it only takes a real skinny type bulb (like a refrigerator bulb) so it never shines very bright, I can normally only get a 40 watt bulb in it, so my desk is normally kind of dim... But now I found these LED bulbs that are real skinny (not much bigger around than the E26 socket is, I guess thats why the CornCob name ) and WOW do they put out the light !! Im kinda in awe that a 7W bulb can put out a 100 watts, but these do...and without the heat of a big ol 100 watt bulb. I am getting ready to buy some more to put all around my house, like in the dining room so I can read the newspaper and not have to turn the paper towards the light. Plus using only 7 Watts of power they will help reduce our power bill....Definitely recommend these.

> 3 dayMakes inside my refrigerator look like a new appliance when opened. Bright and does not generate a lot of heat like the old type yellow bulbs I had in.

> 3 dayBright, small, less heat. Whats not to like? I bought these to use in a plant grow light system, where excess heat is a problem. I tried two other kinds of 100 and 75 watt-equivalent LED bulbs. All produced too much excess heat. These mini corncob bulbs produce an amazing level of brightness. The claimed 7 watt power draw, I find doubtful, but if its anywhere near accurate, I might change all my home lighting to these bulbs.
