Zilla Vertical Décor Mushroom Feeding Ledge One Size

I got this for my leachianus gecko. This was far from what I was hoping for. Yes I am shocked on how well this thing is holding up so far. But I am disappointed in the choice of the material they used to make this product.

Both me and my snake adore this hide. I bought it because I figured it would be a cute addition to my tank, but also because it’s enriching. Not only does it look great, it encourages my snake to use his vines and branches to climb while also giving him an opportunity to hide somewhere above ground. My snake immediately started using it. Out of his whole 40 gal covered in hiding areas, if I needed to find him- 9 times outta 10 he’d be hanging out in the cave. I put some sphagnum moss in the bottom just to offer the snake some extra security. The only possible downside I can think of when it comes to this thing is how bad I’m going to feel removing it from my tank once my snake outgrows it.

It’s not my snake’s FAVORITE hangout but she does like to do laps up there and it gives her more room in the tank. The top will probably fall off if you don’t secure it, I took mine off, but the suction cup has held up so far.

This sticks well. And is nice made and looks good.

Got two items from the zilla collection and they are perfect for my little Crested Gecko! Easy to clean and adds hiding spaces and keeps humidity up. The light is very minor and a great night time glow. Pump is not too loud. The tank is in our sons’ room and it doesn’t interrupt their sleeping.

I have two juvenile garter snakes who seem to really love this product. I’ve had it for several weeks and even moved its location in the tank and it has not fallen once or had any issues with the suction. The removable top also makes it very easy to clean. I overall love the look of it too. I would not recommend for a larger species though. My two snakes are pretty small species at only about 2 feet long.

when i got the ledge it looked appealing. later when i was unboxing it, the mushroom chipped a little bit. not to big of a deal but it’s not the greatest quality

My daughters gecko loves it
