Greater than one weekGreat Tasting Energy Drink that does not cause jitters or crashes. Ive been drinking this stuff every morning for 3 years now and consequently have not caught a cold in 3+ years. Someone suggested it is due to the high amounts of B vitamins in this drink. It maybe true. I drink because it works to give me that subtle energy boost and theres no crash afterwards. Its also less expensive than those cans of carbonated energy drinks.

> 3 dayGreat energy mix. I gave it 4 because the flavor is a bit extreme. I had to cut it a little more than usual. However, others may enjoy that kick. It gives an all day even boost. I dont have the afternoon crash thats expected from an energy drink. Great for moms on the go.

> 3 dayLove this stuff. It is a great pick me up, but I definitely recommend NOT drinking an entire tube at once as it will make you kind of light headed and twitchy. It is great for working outside on hot days to replenish electrolytes and keep up your energy. Also great for hangovers :) And the flavors are all actually good! Orange is a bit meh, but the grape and the pink lemonade are awesome.
