Ive used these steamer bags for at least 15 years. I never ever boil fresh veggies, I roast or steam, no essential vitamins or flavor lost in the cooking process. Because these were hard to find during the pandemic I used the traditional stove top or lesser quality bags. Not only was the quality poor but the timing was off. These bags give me perfection every time. I am so excited that this are once again available!
