> 24 hourI usually buy Whiteside or Frued bits but needed something quick to fix a mistake and was looking for a very short (1/2 inch) cutter head that was not in my arsenal. These were so inexpensive I was not expecting much but was surprised when they were delivered in a very well and hi-end packaging. I thought to myself, well, at least they looked pretty. But that was until I used them…Wow!! Cut like butter with no burn marks. I mean, I’m not sure how long they will last but for $17 I was super impressed. That’s 4 bits for $17. You can’t beat that. Hope they last but if not, I already got my money’s worth.

> 24 hourNeeded these last minute for a project after another one broke. Used 2 different bits. One bit was great and precise, no issues. Used another bit for a different project a few days later and that bit was completely off. Did not trim flush and left about a 2mm nub all the way around that I ended up having to sand off to flush up. Took it apart and the bearing and the bit are not sized the same so thats why it didnt trim flush. Not sure which one was out of spec and havent had time to measure the other bearings (including the replacements it comes with). probably worth spending a bit more on something with better QC or just be sure to measure everything first or test it first to make sure it will actually trim flush.

> 24 hourNot the finest bits but for my purposes, they gave me what I needed for an excellent price.

> 24 hourI really didn’t expect a bearing to seize during the first use. They do include a spare, but I’m disappointed I have to change it already. Besides the bearing problem, they work great. All in all, the bits stayed sharp after a good bit of use. I started spraying the bearings with wd40 every few passes. This kept the remaining bearings working.

> 24 hourFor the 3 smaller bits everything seems to be perfect! Very happy. Unfortunately the 1.5” bit was the most important one I needed for my project. When I tried using it it was acting as if it wasn’t actually straight. I took it back out of my router and noticed the Allen screw was missing. (Luckily the package comes with spare Allen screws, bearing and collars which I very much appreciated!) so I replaced the Allan screw, and tried it again. Still it was acting like it wasn’t straight. Then I took it back out to see it and the Allen screw was missing AGAIN! Over all, this product is good for the .5”, .75” & 1”. They work absolutely perfect. But just beware of the 1.5”. Im afraid that using a 1.5” cutter on a 1/4” shank is maybe just too much power for a small shank.

> 24 hourIve only used these bits to make some recessed holes in some trays made of pine. They did a good job and made clean cuts. Thats all you can really ask for in a router bit.

> 24 hourI used these bits for trimming a routing table insert into a routing table I built. They worked well for this application. However if I was to do more frequent projects like this I would get a higher quality bit. If you want to use these for similar one off projects I would highly recommend. If your going to do these projects more frequently I would recommend a higher quality bit. During my experience with these I saw some burning of the bit and had to tighten the bearing a few times but overall they achieved the job I wanted. If I have similar projects with one off cuts I will get this brand of bits again!

> 24 hourHave used one bit from the set so far. Purchased the set to cut a piece of Masonite to match a template. It made a very smooth cut and I could not distinguish between the size of my work-piece the size of the template. Have no complaints about quality of these bits, particularly at this price point. The only negative comment I will make is that the carbide inserts look to be on the thin side. So, I would enter the material gently and I wouldnt take a heavy cut -- but Ive only got a small router with a 1/4 collet, so thats not a problem for me.
