Greater than one weekThe right earbud stopped working after a few weeks. It says its charging, the light will turn blue briefly, never plays sound regardless of what buttons pressed. Also periodically, while connected, the sound will just stop working for the left earbud. I try to pair again and eventually (sometimes requiring I turn Bluetooth off and on) I can get the left one to work. I came to the review section since I dont have the original pamphlet and hoped to find some troubleshooting help in the comment section. Good luck finding a PDF of that pamphlet on a reputable website since this is white-labeled most likely.

How to connect?
1. Please tear off the insulation sticker on the earbuds before first use, then put it into the charging case to charge.
2. Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and wait for pairing.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone to search and click the “S1”, earbuds will connect with your phone.
Two earbuds cannot be paired with each other?
1. Please disconnect the earphones from your phone.
2. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Open the lid of the charging case, take out the earphones, and double-click the multi-function buttons of both earbuds at the same time.
If the indicator light of one earphone flashes red and blue alternately, and the other earphone light is off, it means the pairing is successful.
The charging port turns green.
The reason for this phenomenon is that the sweat stains oxidize the charging copper column and cause the contact port to turn green.
Here are some tips: After each use, If sweat and dirt remain on the headphones, please remember to wipe it with a dry cloth before putting them into the charging box to avoid oxidation of the charging copper pillars.
