> 3 dayOrdered the Two pack, have 2 dragons, 2 fixtures. Installed the bulbs and turned on, one didn’t work. Returning item, we will see if it works when I get the replacement… disappointed now my dragon doesn’t have her UV

> 3 dayOrdered a 2 pack of bulbs for two bearded dragons. Scheduled to change bulb at end of March 2022. Today, went to change bulb, one was in excellent condition, can tell the other had been previously opened and did not work when installed. Too late to return because order is over 30 days☹️

> 3 dayRepurchased the bulbs but they didnt fit our light fixture (also ZooMed). The new bulb was larger than the old bulb.

> 3 dayMine arrived working and well packaged. Everyone online says to replace these every 6 months however the packageing states one year when used 10-12 hours per day.

> 3 dayThese lights have helped my tortoise move, and eat so much more. Prior to ordering I only had little bulb, but the long bulb is very helpful, with his larger tank, it expands to over half the tank.

> 3 dayFive stars for the bulb, zero stars for the packing job. Bulb itself is great as I have used them in the past. What was not so great was how they were packed inside the shipping box. As shown in the picture, the box is far too big and essentially no packing material was used. This allowed the bulbs to freely bounce around inside the box. No wonder both bulbs are broken on the ends

> 3 dayGood deal from the company. Original package was damaged, the box it was sent in and in turn, the bulbs. I let the company know, and was sent another package which turned out fine this time. Thankful since bulbs are a tough buy online sometimes. Good customer service. My bearded dragon appreciates it!
