The bottle was crushed partially at some point and leaked in the original packaging.

I love that this bottle is the squirt kind rather then some that have the lid that screws off. Makes it so much easier and will continue buying this product.

I like the dropper and that its easy to make a small amount. I change water morning and evening. Soak moss in water mixed with this dechlor too. I will buy it again.

My granddaughter loves all her needs I got for the hermit crabs

We got our little guys seven months ago and have used this exclusively for their fresh water. No problems at all. Easy to prepare, too.

This is only part 1 of the conditioner, need to buy part 2 separate. Does what it supposed to, Hermies seem fine.
