Zoom Turbo Softside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Black, Checked-Medium 25-Inch

This appears to be a sturdy suitcase to maneuver. It’s lightweight and the color - purple is beautiful. I plan to take it on my trip to Europe. I’ll update my review later… fingers crossed!

It packed easily and the straps held the clothing well. It is light and very easy to handle. The suitcase held up well with no scuff marks or bent frames through 2 flights.

The handle jammed closed on first trip. Can still use but very disappointed.

Unfortunately the zippers on this bag are not very well made. Many of them have came off on this and will not go back on. If the zipper comes off, even when you try and put the zipper back on, it still will not zip correctly and seal the bag as expected. Seems like a defect or not very well made. Paid a lot of money for this and now I can no longer use this bag since it does not close properly anymore. Unfortunate that I can no longer use this pocket or even the bag itself and paid a lot of money for it.

We travel frequently to visit family abroad and over the years our current luggage has taken a lot of hits and some of it is being literally held together by duct tape... it was time for some new bags. This is one of the bags I decided to purchase for use as a carry-on. Some of the international flights especially are very, VERY strict on sizing and sometimes our bags havent made the cut and we have to check them (where subsequently they have then gotten lost... many times) So I knew I couldnt possibly go larger than a 20 bag.

I didnt want to return this carry-on but ,as some reviews stated, this case had such a strong overwhelming chemical smell. I tried airing it out but it didnt work. I was sad to return it, because I liked everything about it, but I just couldnt have my clothes smell like chemicals.

The worst thing I ever bought. It made my trip miserable. In the airport and on the cruise both couldn’t maneuver it. Constantly tipping over forward. It was not over packed either. I’d return this except Amazon would not honor the return. Shame on you Amazon !

I bought American Tourister on my previous vacation and the zipper part broke not the zipper the handle of it. So I bought another one different style and the first strip my zipper broke again. And it’s not on a zipper that would be sticking out. Will not buy American Tourister again

Its sturdy, attractive, does the job and easy to roll even when fully packed. Really a five star product.
