> 3 dayLooks fine, average. My bearded dragons nails kept getting caught in the felt. Slowed her down and tripped her up when trying to feed.

> 3 dayIf you havent seen or used Zoo Med Eco Carpet it is like a 1/8 thick piece of felt but made of a soft plastic fiber from recycled plastic containers. Its very well woven and fairly soft for a plastic product. It is washable and reusable when you clean your terrarium. I use it against the glass beneath a layer of aspen snake bedding. It prevents burning from an under the glass heater if my python decides to burrow or digs out a low spot in the bedding above the heater. Dont use an under glass heater without this or something like it or your snake or reptile could get hurt. My one complaint is not of the product, but the product description. They call it a 55 gallon tank size as if all 55 gallon tanks are built to the same dimensions, theyre not. The size stated in inches is for the packaging. The actual size of the piece of eco carpet is 47.5 x 12.5. My terrarium is actually larger then 55 gallons and deeper than this carpet so I cut the piece in half and overlap it in the middle to completely cover the heated side and have no carpet under the cool side. I have had no problems with my snake trying to burrow under the carpet.

> 3 dayI’m giving it full stars as it’s my fault that I ordered this but it doesn’t fit the tank I have. It is a 55 but I guess wider then the one they supply. Always a great carpet to use without worry.

Greater than one weekworks great. i think its the best liner for the tanks and we have several. it rinses off. a scrub brush is good to use to get off all the stuff thats stuck on it.

> 3 dayI try to get brown, because my torts try to eat the green one. This works the best for travel, but I also use it in half their enclosure, especially under their food dish. You can wash it, toss it, wipe it, etc. Doesnt create dust like a lot of substrate does. Amazon has the absolute best prices on these compared to any local store. The only cons is that it is hard to un-bend them, they tend to have a bump from being rolled up. My torts are in large rabbit enclosures here, we are not allowed to let them outside in our housing (so stupid, we would always let them run in our yards in Germany & Washington, they love it). The large sizes of these are able to cover most of their enclosure.
