I dont know why a tech company wouldnt know how to roll wire properly. ALWAYS END YOUR ROLE WITH THE END THAT GOES TO THE DVR SO IT UNROLLS AS YOU PULL WIRE TOWARDS THE DVR. Not that complicated.

Dont know how well it will hold up outside to the elements. Might want to run it in some sort of conduit.
