Our first was the older Velcro style and we were so enamored with it, we weren’t sure if we’d like the newer magnetic design, but we took the leap and we’re glad we did. I didn’t think they could improve on the Velcro design, but it is a very powerful magnet that holds any position, and without the long term wear and ripping sound of Velcro (Sleepless nights =iPad use in the wee hours...) After years of using several other brands, this is our favorite.

Greater than one weekIt’s a great case fits the iPad fine. I only have one complaint about it so far, which is that when I hold my iPad by its sides (where the home button and camera are) the case tends to pop off on these sides due to how where the case lip is and how I hold it.

> 3 dayLove the case and the fact that the stand is adjustable. I’m a little concerned with the Apple Pencil holder as it seems like the fabric could easily tear, but so far it appears to be holding up. The material that the case is made from seems to be pretty sturdy which will protect my iPad.
