It was a solid case and everything, good quality and very protective until I found the power and volume buttons wont click with the case on, this sounds small but for $100 I shouldnt have to take off the case just to turn on/change volume on my iPad. Have returned.

I purchased this for my Gen4 iPad Pro because I already have one on my Gen 3 iPad Pro. The only reason I hesitated to order it was because the layers of the tab you use to open the case on my Gen 3 have come unglued. Considering the price, I didn’t expect that. However, I liked everything else about it so I ordered another, and it appears that tab has been upgraded and improved upon. I hope it holds up better. In all I really like these cases. This is an update to my review. I gave it 4 stars originally because of the fact the layers of the tab used to open the case were coming unglued. Since I posted that original rating, the entire covering has started coming unglued from the frame. This is not a cheap cover, and I now don’t consider it worth the money. I’ve had the cheap PU leather ones last way longer than this one has. I now regret my purchases.

I like the sturdiness and being able to choose multiple height settings… it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it

Seems like a decent case, somewhat disappointed that the moment I opened it, it had a small tear on the back. However the case is still useable

Very snug fit. It feels very sturdy and made to last. Feels a little heavy but worth it. Fits all buttons port and speakers perfectly

Received my Alpha new 12.9 (iPad 4th Gen) case today and it is exactly what I expected from Zugu. I had the Zugu 12.9 2nd Gen Case which I used for 2 years. As my previous case, there is a level of ingenuity, engineering, and craftsmanship here that exists no where else. The Zugu case is a case you use for the life of your device. With my old iPad, I had three cases (including the UAG case) before I switched to Zugu. This time, there was no hesitation, no need to research other cases. I pre-ordered the same day I decided to upgrade to the 12.9 4th Gen. It is obvious that Tim and his team continues to invest an incredible amount of pride and thought into a design. Hands down the best Tier-1 case. Good to know the case went through Military drop testing :) -Damon C
