Here is what customer service told me: Thank you for reaching out and showing your interest in our products. So sorry to hear of the issue. Since the internal shell is custom made it literally hugs the iPad when the iPad is in the case. Because of that, the edges on the shell ever so slightly come over the top/face of the iPad. We do have some screen protectors available for purchase through our website that are compatible with our cases. We also recommend using a Zagg screen protector when using our cases. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

I just received my case today and it is well constructed and the feature are wonderful. Strong and sturdy. I recommend this case.

I have a Targus case for other my iPad at work. Its fine for the type of use it gets, but I wanted something nicer for my personal iPad. The ZUGU case fits the bill. I like the adjustable stand. The cover and the stand are kept in place by magnets that work well. Nice quality build.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. It holds the iPad snugly and the ability to place the iPad at many angles exceeds expectations.

Love this case! I hang it on my fridge (thanks to the strong magnets!) and we have everything we need in 1 place. It’s sturdy and holds up well. I waited 2 months to review and this looks brand new after daily use. I loved it so much I bought 4 more as gifts!

This case is not heavy like other hard cases and there are no layers to put together…just snap the ipad in! It will be nice not to ever crack the screen anymore from my cat walking on it! The sleep feature when the cover is closed is nice…no more searching for the on/off button.

I love the look and feel of this case. It’s smooth but not slippery. I with it swiveled so I could use the iPad comfortably in portrait and not just landscape.
